Financial Assistance

At MetroCare, we understand that caregiving can be challenging, and we are here to help. Our program provides up to $1,500 per client each month, tax-free, to support caregivers who look after loved ones at home. Family members, except for a spouse or parents of a minor child, can be paid for their caregiving work. This financial support helps ease the burden and allows caregivers to focus on providing the best care while maintaining their loved one’s independence and well-being.

In addition to financial assistance, we offer resources to help caregivers manage the responsibilities that come with caring for someone at home. This includes coordinating healthcare, like scheduling medical appointments and obtaining medications, addressing mental and behavioral health issues such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, and improving home safety, such as preventing falls. By offering both financial support and guidance, we aim to make caregiving easier and improve the quality of life for both caregivers and those they care for.
